Curriculum Overview
Fall 2025 – Spring 2026
These lessons introduce foundational stories of creation, early biblical figures, and God’s promises. The curriculum begins with Genesis, helping children understand God’s creativity, human beginnings, and the importance of faith through figures like Noah and Abraham. Moving into Old Testament highlights, they explore stories that showcase God’s guidance and deliverance, such as Moses leading the Exodus and the giving of the Ten Commandments. In the Christmas segment, students discover the miraculous birth of Jesus, starting with the prophecies and events surrounding His arrival. The Life and Ministry of Jesus section focuses on Jesus’ teachings, miracles, and examples of love and compassion, building a foundation of who Jesus is. The year concludes with his death, resurrection, and commissioning of his followers, solidifying the message of redemption. Lastly, students learn from the early church and teachings of Paul, seeing how the church began and grew through the work of the Holy Spirit and letters to early believers, helping them understand their place in God’s family.
